Leadership Reimagined.

Leadership Reimagined.

You’ve worked hard, climbed the ladder, proven yourself.
So why do you still feel like you’re pretending, performing, shape shifting to fit expectations —
yet never fully valued and seen for who you are?

Coaching for women ready to rise on their own terms.

You’ve worked hard, climbed the ladder, proven yourself. So why do you still feel like you’re pretending, performing, shape shifting to fit expectations — yet never fully valued and seen for who you are? Coaching for women ready to rise on their own terms.

You are meant for more. Not more external validation—more inner certainty.

There’s a part of you that knows you’ve been showing up the way you’re expected to—but not fully as yourself.

You’ve worked hard, proven yourself, and by all accounts, you should feel confident. And yet, something feels just out of reach. Not because you aren’t enough, but because you’ve spent so much time fitting into a version of success that was never truly yours.

You want to walk into any room and know you belong—not because you’ve learned how to play the game, but because you’ve rewritten the rules for yourself. You want to be seen not just for what you do, but for who you truly are. You want to move through life with confidence that isn’t performed, but embodied.

To lead in a way that feels natural, not forced. To trust your voice, not just when you’re at your best, but always. To stop molding yourself to fit expectations and start standing firmly in who you are.

And the best part? That version of you already exists.

I think leadership is misunderstood

We’ve been taught that it’s something you do at work—a set of external skills to perform, separate from who you truly are. But what if leadership is really an expression of your inner truth, a natural extension of the person you are at your core?

Are you tired of feeling unseen, undervalued, or forced to contort yourself to fit someone else’s mold? Do you find yourself caught between who you are inside and the leader you’re expected to be? If that sounds familiar, you’re not alone—and you’re exactly where you need to be.

I'M LARA AND I'VE WALKED THAT SAME PATH.

I once lived as the “corporate good girl,” outwardly successful yet silently wrestling with self-doubt and the pressure to play small. I saw firsthand how women like us shape-shift in a relentless effort to be noticed and respected—only to lose touch with the very qualities that make us uniquely powerful. It was through this journey that I discovered a truth: real leadership begins from within.

At Root2Rise, I guide women on a transformative journey of inner discovery. Together, we dismantle the limiting beliefs and patterns that have held you back, anchoring you in a deep sense of self-worth. This work isn’t about adopting a new persona—it’s about uncovering and embracing the leader who has always been you.

If you’re ready to bridge the gap between who you are and how you lead, to rise in a way that feels authentic and true, then welcome. You’re in the right place to begin a journey that honors your inner strength and redefines what it means to lead.

I know how much effort you put into showing up, excelling, and proving your worth. Yet, somehow, the things that truly matter to you—the ones that would bring you a sense of ease and fulfillment—keep feeling just out of reach.

You want to speak up with confidence and claim your space, but self-doubt creeps in, and you find yourself over explaining, hesitating, or staying quiet.

You crave the freedom to lead in your own way, yet you catch yourself mirroring what’s expected—polishing your edges, softening your voice, or pushing harder just to be taken seriously.

You long to feel recognized—not just for how much you do, but for who you truly are. Yet, no matter how much you accomplish, that deep sense of certainty still feels out of reach.

You want to stop second-guessing yourself, stop overthinking every decision, stop shrinking, proving, and over performing. You want to feel at ease in your own skin—like you belong, without question, without apology.

I know, because I’ve been there. And I also know—it doesn’t have to be this way.

I know, because I’ve been there. And I also know—it doesn’t have to be this way.

True confidence isn’t learned, earned, or performed.
It’s remembered.

We’re taught that confidence comes from external validation—from speaking louder, taking up space, and learning the right strategies to be heard. But real confidence doesn’t come from performing—it comes from trusting that you are already enough.

The problem isn’t that you’re not capable or strong enough—it’s that, over time, you’ve been taught to hide the truest, rawest parts of yourself. The parts you thought were too soft, too different, too unpolished to be valued. The parts you’ve tucked away to be accepted—the deep-feeling, thoughtful, instinctive, and quietly powerful pieces of you.

I don’t teach you how to project confidence. I help you uncover it. I guide you through the inner work that dissolves self-doubt, rewrites the stories that keep you playing small, and reconnects you with the leader you already are.

Because the most powerful version of you isn’t something you need to become—it’s someone you need to remember.

I will help you…

01. Lead with confidence that feels real.

No more overperforming or second-guessing—just the deep, unshakable knowing that you are enough.

02. Stop shape-shifting and start standing in your truth.

03. Be seen, heard, and valued for who you truly are.

Command respect without force, take up space without apology, and step into rooms with certainty—not because you’ve learned the “right” way to show up, but because you trust yourself.
